I forgot my password / can’t log in.

Use Forgot password on the login screen to reset it. Still stuck? Contact support and we’ll help you back in.

A teammate can’t access a building or listing.

Access is set by role and team. A brokerage or management admin can grant or adjust it in team settings. If it still looks wrong, contact support.

I have two roles (e.g., renter and landlord).

Each account has one primary portal. Need a second role? Contact support and we’ll sort it out.
