Are there broker fees?

It depends on the listing. Look for the No-fee badge; if there is a fee, the agent shares the details before you apply. shtub doesn’t add its own fee to your rent.

Why is a place still listed if it’s “available soon”?

The date is when the unit is expected to be ready. “Available now” means today; a future date means you’d move in then.

Who can see my activity?

By default, your saved listings and views are private. You can choose to share activity with your agent, and turn it off anytime in your account.
