Is paying rent on shtub safe?

Yes. Payments run through a secure provider and shtub never stores your full card number. You always get a confirmation.

I don’t see a “Pay rent” button.

Online rent isn’t enabled for your building yet. Keep paying the way your landlord normally collects, and check back later.

How do I get a receipt?

Each completed payment shows a confirmation on your Payments page, marked Paid.

Can I turn off autopay?

Yes — toggle Autopay off on the Payments page anytime.
