What documents an applicant provides

The standard checklist and how to see what’s missing. · 2 min read

Every applicant is asked for the same standard set, so you can compare apples to apples:

  1. 1Government photo ID (required)
  2. 22 recent pay stubs
  3. 33 months of bank statements (required)
  4. 4Tax return or W-2
  5. 5Employment verification letter
  6. 6Rental history / receipts

Open the application’s detail page to see exactly what’s uploaded vs. still required, with a completeness badge.

Good to know — Photo ID and bank statements are mandatory; the rest can be waived with an explanation when they don’t apply to an applicant. Waived items are recorded so reviewers know why.
