Send an application to a prospect

Create an offer (lease page) and send the apply link. · 3 min read

On shtub you start an application by creating an offer — a lease page for a specific unit. shtub then generates the apply link you send to the prospect.

  1. 1Go to Offers → Create offer.
  2. 2Pick the unit and the prospect; terms and move-in charges auto-fill (you can edit them).
  3. 3Create the offer — shtub makes the apply link and can email it to the prospect.
  4. 4The prospect completes the application (form, documents, e-sign, payment).
  5. 5Track it from Offers or Applications as it moves to submitted → reviewed → approved.

Tip — Prospects can also apply themselves from the listing’s Apply button — those land in your Applications too.
