- 2Each shows the photos, the unit, and how long it’s been open.
- 3Update the status: Open → In progress → Completed.
- 4Message the tenant right on the request to coordinate a time.
Tip — Sort by oldest-first so nothing slips. Anything marked Emergency jumps to the top.
