Submit a maintenance request
Report something that needs fixing, with photos. · 2 min read
- 1Go to Maintenance → New request.
- 2Pick what’s wrong and describe it in a sentence or two.
- 3Add photos or a short video — it helps your super fix it faster.
- 4Set the urgency, then tap Submit.
Good to know — For anything dangerous — gas smell, flooding, no heat in winter — mark it Emergency so it jumps the queue.
You’ll see the status move from Open → In progress → Completed, and you can message on the request anytime.
